A New Zeland Pilsner...kinda. This NPZ is not lagered and, instead, fermented with an ale yeast that provides some of the same crisp, refreshing characteristics of a pilsner. New Zeland Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops also give this beer tropical and citrusy notes.
